The book this week is Pure by Jennifer L Armentrout. It's the second book in her Covenant series. It's a paranormal story about the offspring of gods with funny characters and an engaging plot. I'm getting quite involved in the story and I love Seth, one of the main characters. If it was just him, this series would be perfect.
Because of my love of Seth, three of the quotes I've chosen this week involve him:
Quote 1: "Aw, did you fall?"
"No." I rolled onto my back, wincing. "I attacked the floor." (Alex and Seth)
Quote 2: "Everything is okay. We're in this together." (Seth)
Quote 3: "I guess there were two types of people in the world, those who sat around a fire, staring into the flames, and those who started the fire. Seth and I started the fire, and then danced around it." (Alex)
While I wouldn't say this is my top favourite series of JLA, it's still really enjoyable and I'm really glad I gave this series another go.

DeleteI read this book! Haha, have you heard of the Titans series by JLA? It's a series all about Seth, so I'm sure you'll love it! ;)
